I have an addition to what I have already written. I use the name "sixtiesdragracer" because I was one. My first race car was a "Street Racer" It was a '53 Ford Convertible with a 312 Y-Block T-Bird Engine. After getting a few speeding tickets, my mom said that I needed to slow down (even though I was paying the fines). I traded the Ford on a '58 Chevy Impala Convertible that I would race on weekends at Kil-Kare Drag Strip. It ran in G/SA and was also my daily driver. I ran that car for 2 years starting in '63. In '65 I bought a new Mustang and again raced it on weekends and it was my daily driver. I raced that car from '65 until '69 at Kil-Kare in L/S class. Here is a model of my '53 Ford. And here is a model of my '58 Chevy. I also plan to build a replica of my '65 Mustang in the future. One last thing. Here is a pic of a special retirement gift from Sinclair Community College. I like it better than a watch. I hope that you enjoy looking. Thanks, Barry

Don't know wether to give ya a short version or history lesson.
I am retired from jobs that used my accounting and engineering degrees. But the latest job job was service mgr at a local computer store. Upon leaving ther I started my own puter business at home ("Cachbytes Inc") which closed down at my medical retirement. Still do some repairs at home to make ends meet but only as a hobby (hear that part Obama HUH HUH?).
Besides that and modeling, I clean up old decal sheets, do some custom decals and run a website.
My hobbies are limited due to medical issues of my wife & myself which most of you know already. Seems we go to the docs more than the grocery store.
